1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The tags and packaging are intact

Note: Innerwear, accessories, and clearance/sale items are not eligible for return.


2. Return Period

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp
  2. Share your order number and product images
  3. Our team will review and approve your return request
  4. Pickup will be arranged from your location

4. Refund Process

Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund options:

  • Store Credit (Fastest)
  • Bank/UPI Refund (3–7 business days)

If the product is not in returnable condition, the refund may be denied.


5. Replacement / Exchange

We offer replacement only if the requested size or product is available.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Accessories, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Sale/clearance items

7. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video.
